Building classroom discipline in primary schools
The classroom management takes time to learn and grow. In most cases the children of primary school, which requires constant repetition coupled with clearly defined sanctions.  

Actions have consequences and they need to understand this simple truth. Some teachers prefer to turn this exercise into a game as part of a strategy to build classroom discipline.

Here are some classroom management techniques for elementary school students.

Create a plan to encourage students to work in other activities focusing elsewhere. For example, you can use a points system where you earn points for activities they deserve to enjoy.

Try visual cues, such as turning off the lights of the classroom, soothing music and how to keep them on task. Stroll in the classroom for an activity and when someone just off task to touch the shoulder to remind them to get back to work. Confirm expectations and ensure that they understand the consequences for misbehavior.

Stop your planned activity if your students are unruly. The students quickly realize that conversations when they stop attention that you stopped. This can be a number of attempts, but if you stick to your plan, they will receive the message. 

 Behave or face the consequences. Be careful when you are prepared and ready to move from one task to another to obtain. The transition from one task to another usually attracts the most problems.
