Why grammar is important
Basically, grammar is what we communicate on the same kind of English. Of course, you and I know what a dog or a tomato, but what if you thought that any sentence that ends with a really a question. It would not be confusing? Or if I write my next novel uses phrases like these decided: "Billy said to Sarah like a mother."
Does this make sense to you? Of course not, because the judgment was not written with
the English grammar in mind.
If we're lucky or just a good imagination, we can see that Sarah says something like
Billy to be a mother. But without grammar, as
understanding of the most common English
words is just not easy.
Do you sit and read a good book? Or perhaps relax with a movie is your cup of tea? Like surfing the Internet for the latest facts and news? If you enjoy any of these things, then you better appreciate the grammar. It is the grammar, you can read a book or know how to make a film script or even make sense of the Internet.
